JUGOS S. A. prepares apple and pear clarified juice concentrates to 70/71º Brix, and their respective essences.

 The production process starts with identification of the fruit. A thorough washing ensures correct hygiene of the fruit coming into the mill, where it is crushed. It is clarified, filtered and finally concentrated juice is extracted from the pulp.

  After it is homogenized and packaged. Each lot is identified and stored at temperatures below 5 º C
